Oasis Salinas Sea, Santa Maria

I was thoroughly disappointed with my stay. Despite being advertised as a 5* hotel, many aspects fell short, especially the service from the staff, which was rude and unhelpful. On the brighter side, the location by the beach was fantastic. However, the dining experiences were frustratingly poor, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities left a lot to be desired.

I had an overall enjoyable vacation at the hotel, with clean and modern accommodations and a fantastic beachside location. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, which made my stay pleasant. However, I did run into some service issues at the pool-side food court and reservations for on-site dining were unnecessarily complicated. Overall, it was a good experience, but the dining service could use a bit of improvement.

Our stay at this hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the beach was absolutely stunning and the room was spacious and clean. Despite these drawbacks, it's a great place to unwind and enjoy some winter sun.

The hotel has a truly beautiful setting with a gorgeous beach just steps away and well-kept sunloungers. The cleanliness of the hotel is commendable, and the breakfast is definitely a highlight. On the downside, the service can be inconsistent, especially for all-inclusive guests, and the dining options lack variety and are often lukewarm. Overall, while it has great potential, a few improvements are needed.
